How to use

Tea

This is how it should be used
•3 cups of tea Daily .

Tea:

1 cup of Tea 30 mins after Breakfast
1 cup of Tea 30 mins after Lunch
1 cup of Tea 30 mins after Dinner

Capsule

•Two capsules has to be taken Twice daily . So altogether 4 capsules .

The capsules should be taken :
Two capsules 30 mins before Lunch Two capsules 30 mins before Dinner

රාත්‍රී ආහාරයෙන් විනාඩි 30කට පසු තේ කෝප්ප 1ක්
